The Platform processes biometric data derived from your recordings, including but not limited to facial geometry, eye tracking patterns, head pose estimation, and vocal characteristics. By using the recording and analysis features of the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of this biometric data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Voomer LLC may generate anonymized, aggregate, and de-identified data from user recordings and analysis results. This data may be used for product improvement, marketing, public-facing analytics, research, and other purposes without restriction. Because this data does not identify individual users, it is not subject to the same restrictions as personal information.
The Platform utilizes automated systems and artificial intelligence. As a result, feedback may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. Users should treat all outputs with due caution and note that feedback is neither an accurate nor definitive assessment.
